We pride ourselves on the freshness of our farm produce. We sell free-range eggs, pork & lamb reared on our farm. Local & British produce. Come and buy our free-range eggs from our honesty trailer and call to pre-order one of our meat boxes!
Our on-site butchery is used to butcher our own pork, lamb and local 21 day matured beef producing meat boxes and our artisan sausages, burgers and sausage patties are hand-made by us, only using the best British ingredients!

EGGS
Our hens are high welfare status and we are inspected by DEFRA yearly, the girls produce free range eggs and roam the fields below the Pennine hills. Laid fresh daily with a 28 day use by date, you will taste the difference as our eggs have amazing golden yolks!

DID YOU KNOW AT NEW STREET FARM…
When a lamb or Pig is born it’s registered to our farm with our unique herd number & they all have an ear tag each for identification.
The lambs & pigs are reared here on the farm.
We weigh them as they grow to be able to adjust their feed to get the optimum weights we need to produce amazing meat.
When they’re ready we have to do a defra movement from our farm to the abattoir, we take them ourselves in the trailer.
We then collect them & each carcass has a ticket showing our name & ear tag number of the animal & date with the abattoirs processing plant number.
We then refrigerate ready to be butchered here in our on-site butchery where at this point we can assess the meat & fat quality & cut it up into joints, chops etc & make our amazing homemade sausages!
On occasions we may have to buy lambs or piglets from other breeders due to demand, but then we still feed & rear them here on the farm, again full traceability can be achieved.
