PUTTING YOU AT EASE
How do you manage hygiene?
Here at Little Creatures we have a high standard for our hygiene routine to stop infections & diseases in our hutches, using cruelty free products!
Bacta Care is used everyday after taking out toilet areas to stop fly strike & Vira Care is used to spray down after a full clean, leaving it for 24 hours to kill all Bacteria
Then fresh shavings and hay are put in ready for the next guest, this is why you pay for each day including pick up & collection days to stop cross contamination & fly strike in our hutches & pet areas!

What is your vaccination policy?
Please vaccinate your pets where possible at least two weeks before there visit.
What if my pet has a medical emergency?
We are fully insured with PetPlan, and are trained in Level 3 Pet First Aid and CPR.
Are vegetables and salad included in the cost?
Vegetables & Salads are included in the price, you just bring your pets normal kibble & treats. Apart from Tortoises, you will have to provide their vegetables and salad.
